An opportunity has arisen for Customer Services Advisors. Working for one of our regular clients, the suitable applicant should have relevant experience in customer service and good communication
skills.
Responsibilities include: managing high volumes of inbound and outbound telephone calls, providing high standards of customer service, answering customer enquiries, the flexibility to assist other
departments when necessary. You will also be expected to undertake any additional tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager.
Suitable candidates must possess the following skills: a great customer service track record, with a minimum of 6 months high volume (100+ calls per day), call centre experience, outstanding customer focus, confident communication skills, IT and switchboard literacy. Foreign languages a plus.
Hours of work
Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm
Salary
£18.000 – £24.000 (pro rata)
The offices are located centrally and are easily reached by public transport.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in this area: candidates with a background in an accident management would be ideal. Accounts/Recruitment Administrator
We are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our established but growing recruitment team. The role will involve data entry and online timesheet submissions along with some payroll work (to cover the Payroll Manager when required), reference applications, DBS applications and all other admin and telephone duties.
Full training will be provided for the role, but candidates will ideally be recent Graduates or educated to degree level with good Word/Excel experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly with a good eye for detail is essential.
